2001 roush worth?

so im back on the forums. im in the market for another stang. trying to stay in the 5-6k range. ive seen a few cobras 96-98, but am now seeing some roushs that i like. not too sure on the value of these things. this guy said hed take 6k today if i got it after work.
is it worth it, or should i wait for a cobra?
