I had your name typed in to nominate you this month, but I wasn't sure if you were done. That car is fire ass hot. One of my favorite builds.

Id vote for you in July's ROTM

Thanks guys. It is really close to being done. I am waiting on the tuner to get back to me to set up a time, so I won't know power numbers until then.
Visually the car will be done after Monday (6/10) window tint install. Then I need to take some quality pictures with a nice camera. Part of me would like to have the power numbers figured out, and be 100% done before I got nominated, but the other part would appreciate the nomination for july, since the car will be 'visually done' in a week.
Hmm.. I will just have to hope the tuner gets back to me soon. I certainly won't turn down a nomination though! I appreciate it!

UPDATE!

Well, with a build of this magnitude I expected a few hiccups and setbacks.. but man are they frustrating.
-I began noticing some oil pooling up underneath my supercharger, and after further investigation I realized that the oil feed line is leaking between the hose and the crimp.. So I ordered another line that will hopefully arrive within the next few days.
-Before this oil leak was discovered, I drove the car to work last week, and the thermostat stuck on me, causing the engine to overheat. So, I decided to change the thermostat. I started off by loosening the drain plug for the radiator to drain some coolant out to avoid making a large mess until this happened:

Yup, the aluminum drain plug broke off inside the aluminum radiator. That wouldn't be so bad of a scenario except the center of the drain plug is a magnet, and they are not easily drilled through. So I sent off the warranty paperwork (mishimoto carries a lifetime warranty), and I hope to have the replacement within the next week.
-But I didn't let these setbacks get to me. I decided to finish up a few things I've had on my to-do list for quite some time.
I ordered a few small things from late model resto: (license plate bulb housings, e-brake handle boot, odometer repair kit, and headlight retaining clips)

I installed the headlight retaining clips (no pictures, not exciting), but I still need to adjust the headlights.
I got to work replacing the license plate bulb housings:
Old (Overspray from previous car, not very clear at all):

New (with preexisting LEDs)

Then I moved onto the odometer repair kit (neither it or the trip odo worked):

I almost forgot I had a MSD 6AL box that I used to use in my old green 95 for years with good results, so I went to town on it.
The wire lengthening

I debated for a while about a location for the box. As the pictures show evidence, I want a clean looking engine compartment, so I felt that the MSD box would just add to the mess.. Instead I decided to mount it under the passenger seat:

The car almost seemed to start a hair quicker after the install, which was possibly just my imagination, but at least I know the MSD box isn't dead.
-I also exchanged my 'bolt on hood strut kit' for a 'some drilling required hood strut kit', both from American Muscle.
Installed:

This is one of my favorite features now. Not only is it a 'clean' appearance mod vs. the prop-rod, but also functional for working under the hood.

I hope to have the e-brake boot finished within the next few days, and the radiator and oil feed line both installed as soon as they show up.

Your car makes me HATE mine!!
Thanks... I think. ha. My car is by no means the 'top tier of the sn95s', but I would like it to be a clean representation, that's for sure.

I really hope I can have an SN as clean as yours some day man
Thanks. It took a ton of thinking, research, and trial and error to get where it is today.

UPDATE!

I finished my new e-brake seal install.
The before:

Comparison:

After a little 'hot glue gun action'.. the new one installed:

Back in the car:

My radiator should be arriving on Monday, and I am waiting on shipping confirmation on the oil feed line (which needs to hurry the eff up!)
After the oil feed line and radiator install, the only things I have left until 100% completion are:
-install fender splash guards (waiting until after the tune)
-get window tint/cd player installed
-tune

I'm starting to get more anxious. I haven't seen a to-do list that short... ever!

Thanks for the compliments. I too got a lot of motivation to work on my car after seeing other peoples work; it's contagious huh?!
Funny that you mention a "book" build thread, but after I showed my gf this thread she suggested when the car is 100% done that I print off all the pictures on my photobucket account and put them in a photo album/scrapbook-ish thing for people to look at whenever the car is sitting at a car show, or just talking with me in a parking lot, etc.. I didn't think that was too bad of an idea.

small UPDATE!

-My warranty radiator is supposed to show up sometime tomorrow, so I will get that installed tomorrow.
-Vortech FINALLY sent me some shipping info on my oil feed line, that should arrive towards the end of the week.
-I am working on fabbing up a new 'blower discharge' pipe (between supercharger outlet and throttle body). The one supplied with the vortech kit is WAY smaller than the blower outlet and throttle body, so that is accounting for some restriction. I will probably have the same buddy that did my blower inlet pipe make this one, except this one should be much simpler. Then depending on what material I end up using, I will either polish the pipe, or paint it silver. Only time will tell.

UPDATE!

Well a lot has happened since my last update.
I finished fabbing up the blower discharge pipe. I plan on having a buddy of mine make another one with 3" mandrel bend instead of the crimped bend I have, but this one is much improved over the vortech supplied one.

Final product:

My braided hose came in from vortech, so I installed that. I don't have any installed pictures yet, but the comparison:

I finally got the windows tinted and a new CD player installed. Man does it make a hell of a difference in the looks of the car.
I went with 20% tint on the sides and rear, and 50% tint on the front windshield  .

Ever since I first drove the car, it has had an odd coolant issue. Sometimes it would burp air pockets just fine, and others it would not cooperate at all. I had a thermostat stick on me a few weeks back, and I thought that was the biggest issue. Then about a week ago the car began to overheat on my way home. After a lot of diagnosis and troubleshooting, and finding coolant in the oil, I determined that the passenger side head gasket was leaking coolant into the lifter valley. So I tore the engine down:

..and just finished reassembling everything last night. The coolant issues are gone, and the car seems to idle smoother and run better. I drove it for a few hours today with 90* weather with zero issues, so that's a plus. Now all I need is to get the car tuned (whenever the tuner is ready for me), and it will be good to go!
Washed it up today before I went on my cruise:
