-Pi heads that are ported, milled and valve job on the seats. Leave the swirl dams alone!
-Pi plastic intake.
-balance the piss out of your rotating assembly.
-Not bigger but tighter lsa cams then stock. You dont need the biggest cam a 2v can withstand.
-upgraded springs.
-flat top pistons for higher compression. 12.x compression is a even start for 93 octane. E85 and meth will allow you to use higher compression. 13.x and so.
-long tubes.... Not really a best longtube needed neither. Mac is decently priced and works.
Ntk o2 sensors are most accurate.
Ngk tr6 plugs are notably worth while...
This is not a bible but known to work.

essentially what i have, let me share my experiences with you.
Without a tune and everything he just said my car would rape alot of stuff that i had no idea coming close to.. 3v/c5 vettes/srt8 anything/turbo 4cyls etc.
now before everyone jumps this let me first say that being a honest person i will say i've lost my fair share too and know exactly what its capable of and not.
i know this doesnt answer your question because you requested a horsepower # not a gain.
A gain to me is raping someone with a "hundred more Whp" or howmuchever i know there is a +- Variable depending on the car you're racing.
Thats why when people ask me what my car makes to the wheels i always say i dont give a shit what it makes BUT heres what it can do.
i'm not against this thread in any way having built the exact same thing and loving the shit out of it every day and will forever. I just wanted to throw a curveball into this and draw a different satisfaction that you're overlooking
Good luck with your build bro and feel free to pm me with any questions, because like i said I've done it 3 times. once with my car (three motors) and two friends NPI cars too.
