3/8" gt4o intake spacer

Will a 1" or 3/8" spacer fit under a 94 GT hood? I'm going fox tall valve covers, so any help would be appreciated.

It's gonna be really really tight most likely going to remove the insulation.

I have fox valve covers, but no spacer if that helps.

One thing I'm not sure on is if there is a difference in the GT40 lowers. Mine may be a Fox GT40 lower, could it be taller?? Because my OE strut tower brace didn't fit either.
