do you know if you already had good compression? if so just keep the stock block. as modo said, the stock rotating assembly will outlive the block. I would maybe get a set of dished pistons and have a machine shop check if you need a bore or not. Also said earlier, its not that expensive to have a machine shop just rebore/hone block and put in new set of bearings. You would have a lot less money in that than just getting a new short block and you could pick some better quality parts. I would go with this for a boosted motor:
stock crank and rods
if you don't need a bore, just reuse stock hyper pistons, if you do, buy some speed pro hypereutectic dish pistons for it. Honestly you don't need the forged since you will be needing a tune with the turbo/supercharger. you can always fork out more money for the forged ones. This will give you about 8:1 compression ratio to get low for boost. but if you keep the stock pistons you can always get a thicker head gasket to lower the ratio too. if you are wanting to boost the sh*t out of it, i'd go with the dish, otherwise you'll be fine on a stock block with the flat tops.
then get some moly rings and good quality bearings and you will be set! all of that will be cheaper than the 1800 dollar motor above, and will be better for your application. to put a price on it, my stroker motor cost 900 completely assembled in machine shop costs. that included the rings and bearings too. (already had stroker kit, but it also cost over 100 for the stroker clearancing and 300 for assembly of long block).
