315s and plates for the new 99 cobra

well i got the personalized plates and some 315s for the back of the red dvl awhile back just havent got around to taking pics. took some the other nite but it was getting dark so they arent the best quality

next up is either hid kit for the headlights (if i cant get better lighting after reaiming them and getting new bulbs) or irs differential brace if i dont need the HIDs. not exciting stuff but they are necessities. in the future springs (pry shocks and struts too) mach 1 blackout panel, sound deadener. maybe spraying it too. lots of mods that i want just cant afford lol

its awesome how much the 03 bumper helps the looks of the rear end of the 99/01's.

some tint for the tails and a blackout panel for in-between, would really set off the rest of the rear.

its cool, normally i dont like those "whale tail" spoilers (is that what theyre referred to as?), but with the termi bumper, it seems to fit really well. id probably still hate the spoiler from the side, but from the rear it looks sweet.

the stock spoiler was moved back and inch or so by previous owner and i like the looks of it. on meangrn i went spoilerless and loved it but think im keeping it on this one, for awhile atleast lol

the exhaust was just dirty in the pic plus it was dark. it looks much better but i will be taking it off and giving it a major polish before the mustang rally labor day wknd.

i also cut down the stock antenna so it looks much better. ima tint the tails soon. not gonna go too dark tho. going to be getting a diff cover brace just to be safe. ya id like to put that into blackout panel or springs (something that you see) but this gives me a piece of mind for when i goto the track or mess around.

NOOO don't tint those cobra tails! Only if you leave the reverse lights and amber parts taped off...I love those tails the way they are.

Plus...the stock red tails makes them blend into the car...if you tint them they will stand out more, know what I mean?

ya i would just do the red part of the lights and not touch the rest. i havent decided though. i will look for some pics first and see. pry just leave em. also need to get a chin spoiler

whats it matter if you tint the amber or not? when you use the turn signals, its not like you wont see amber just because theyre tinted.

i wouldnt want to dull the amber and clear part of the tails. the cobra tails look cool as is.if i did tint them id just tint the red part very lightly just to deepen it a bit. dunno if ill do it gonna search for pics and see what i think first.

there are some other pics from when i first bought it. havent taken many of it since. might tmrw as im home sick.

future mods are chin spoiler, fog lights (didnt have them when i got it), blackout panel springs, diff cover brace and i already have some n2o stuff from meangrn cuz i was planning on spraying it just never did. ill be putting it in the mustang rally labor day wknd so im hoping to get some things done first. brace , fog lights and chin spoiler for sure
