351 tune up?

I got a 351 in my E350 and i cant find the damn fuel filter so anybody have a idea where it could be. Also the 351 is carb, is there anything i should clean, replace the motor has a 140k on it and i dont know nothing about carb engines. I've changed the spark plugs, wires, air filter, oil/filter so far.Three of the damn pulleys dont even have a belt on the them but the motor runs fine, drives and everything it does suppose to be pulleys on them right?

From the looks of it, the 3 pullies are top: smog/air pump, bottom left: A/c Compressor, and Middle right: Idler pulley.
It would be a good idea to put a serpintine belt on so that you can have all your accessories running as they should.
What Year of an E350 do you have? If the Fuel Filter is servicable (not in the tank) I would bet it would be within a foot
or two of the gas tank along the fuel lines.. You may want to also consider replacing the Distributor Cap/Rotor as well as the
Ignition coil to improve your Ignition system.

Its a 1987 i think its by the drivers side of the engine i think thats what i saw but after working on it so long aint no telling what it was ha ha. I checked the rear of the van and didnt see a fuel filter by the tank or anything so maybe that was it what i saw i'll double check tomorrow. Distributor cap/rotors i forgot about that.


Sometime the motor when at idle, idles up like its revin on its on what could fix that problem?

Actually now that i think about it, the Fuel Filter should be along the driverside Frame Rail..
As far as the jumpy idle, Cleaning the Mass Air Flow sensor, as well as the Idle Air Control valve with a can
Of Mass Air Flow Cleaner (Brake/Carb clean are too harsh for the sensors)

I have no idea where the mass air flow sensor or idle air control valve im pretty sure its by the carb right??

Carbureted cars don't have MAFs or IAC valves.

Well besides the idler pulley neither of the other two pulleys turn?? The smog pulley turns half way only, and the a/c compressor pulley doesnt turn it all. Does that mean i need a new a/c compressor and smog pump? The smog pulley, a/c pulley, idler pulley, and alt pulley run off the same belt, when i put a belt on them the alt pulley(alt pulley run off two belts) still spun but the belt didnt turn at all because the other pulley wont turn.

Ok this is the one up top that spins a little bit. They both look like smog pumps to me but i cant picture two smog pumps????

This the one that dont spin at all.

I dont know what this but both of the two pulley i'll pulled off all hook up to this.

After doing some research to my eyes starting bleeding, I decide to take a trip to Advanced come to find out the 351w in my E350 has two smogs pumps.
