5th Gear Trouble

Everything is normal when I shift except when I go into 5th.... If I put it in gently its okay, but if its even too quick it will shake a little and make a grindy noise... Any ideas? Thanks...

take it out and rebuild the tranny. 2nd gear grinds when i rev it higher. I am holding off on rebuilding the old t5 and just putting a g force t5 in it
