Vehicle 94 gt with mods in sig.

problem is the discharge tube gets blown out when making substantial boost. And this is the second one and collapsed in on itself......what is causing this?

I just breezed over your list but i'll assume you are just running a stock discharge tube, if so then i'd recommend trying to switch the clamp to a T-bolt clamp and see if that helps any but other than that not many people pop a discharge tube at 12-13 lbs of boost. I blew off like 4 tubes but I am running 22lbs of boost. I switched over to t-bolt clamps and they stay on a lot better.

I am honestly thinking about sending all my piping to my mech guy to have him put a lip on all the pipes (the way procharger should've done it and all s/c companies should've done it)

I run 10 lbs with the vortech v1 on my 95 with reg. clamps that came with kit and never had a problem.I also have sprayed a 75 shoot of nitrous with sc with no problems.I shave both ends of my discharge tube to get to fit correctly.make shure your bypass(or blow off ) is working correctly.good luck

napa has them??? i will have to check them out tomarro then, i was just going to order them up. and yes it blows out on the 94-95, the tube isnt as tight of a fit as id like it to be. it needs to be longer at either end which will make it a pain to put in but would eliminate these issues.
