I got running really fine idle is down to 700 rpm, now I'm dealing with 3 error codes 1- 112- ACT sensor circuit grounded or reads 254°F, 2 511 - EEC processor ROM test failed, 3- 565 Canister purge circuit failure.
1- I replaced the ACT, temperature gauge is working fine with both ACT sensors check engine code is still there???
2- 511 code is supposed to be normal when computer is chipped.
3- The canister was working before engine swap. I took it out and tried cleaning it and tested it seems dead.

ACT is air charge, you dont have a gauge for that. Its the one that should be in your intake pipe.

Can error code 565 Canister purge circuit failure be caude by the gas cap not tightly closed?

no, its a check on the purge valve circuit itself. the 94-95 cars do not have evap monitoring like the newer cars do. You could drive our cars around with no gas cap at all and never get a check engine light.

I found the problem with my error code 112 ACT sensor!!!! This morning before going to work I tested the act sensor by checking the resistance and blow dryer the element and it was giving me good reading. This evening I checked the voltage at the act plug and was getting a zero reading???? I removed the Y plug from the main harness that goes to the ACT in CAI and MAF and noticed all the wires were skinned at the plugs..... Checked the voltage in the main Harness were the ACT goes and I had 5 volts ( allélulia).... In other words the skinned wires were not getting the signal from my act sensor...
