So I am finally going to throw together a little info on the ride....Purchased 10/22/2008 #1915 of 4005, Completely stock when purchased other then Pro-M 83mm MAF, Flowmaster 40's, "hideous" taillights, aftermarket headlights, billet accents throughout the car (hvac and headlight knobs, door locks, e-brake handle, etc.) and tinted windows.
And for the Upgrades
Overall my objective was/is to make the car as clean and pristine as possible, yet be one hell of a car to drive. Lets start with wheels and tires. Currently rolling on FR500 wheels, 17x9 and 17x10.5 wrapped with Hankook 275's and Vredstein 315's. Next a total overhaul of the interior was needed, so I gutted the inside. The seats were dry and tearing. The carpet was beyond dirty. Plus I needed to get rid of those billet pieces. While everything was out, I cleaned every possible piece I could. I replaced the carpet with a brand new mold from LMR. Removed all the billet pieces and replaced with stock pieces. Through in a Hurst short throw and replaced the worn out front seats with a set from a 2004 Cobra. Because I have the saddle interior, it was difficult to find the seats I wanted. Yes, they are Black and tan. Cobra originals and from what I understand only come in 04's that are white and CV. The inside is now completely spotless and looks like a brand new car. Next the taillights and headlights needed a change. Those ugly chrome lights had to go. I still had a set of factory 95 lights from my old GT, they were a bit faded but that didnt matter. They were treated to a fresh coat of black and tinted at the same time. Same with the front lights. They were removed to make room for a set of smoked lights. Not much else has been done yet. I have accumulated quite a few parts, just not enough time to get the work done. Those parts include MSD ignition, Borla side exhaust, lowering springs, Aeromotive fuel rails and SCT tuner chip. I almost forgot to mention the turbo kit. LOL Well I lost my train of thought so here are pics. Enjoy.
Anything else you want to see, let me know.
