You'd be better off trying to find a 99-04 (PI) intake or a Bullitt intake. Chime in 2v guys, anything else required to use either of these on a NPI motor?

PI intake requires a new heater hose, coolant nipple, new gaskets, rtv silicone, and a drill & tap to install the temp sensor.
Bullit intake i'm not sure about, but it'll probably cost you a pretty penny.

By the way, this swap will more than likely cost you under $150, take you right around an afternoon, and will net you 15-20hp.
Definitely worth it if you're looking to get some power out of your 4.6.

I used NPI gaskets with the pi manifold. Yea the pi intake isn't bad for the short time it takes to swap
