i need some help. had a/c valcum down and charged up and the compressor keeps popping off after it sits and run. could it b that it have 2 much in it r what? thanks 4 the help guys.
compressor not cycling do you mean? if yes... the compressor will not cycle if the coolant is low or if there is no ground (the clutch is ground activated)
had it charged up and it is cycling. compressor has a pop off valve on it and after it runs bout 5min it starts popping off. pushing freeon back out of it.

did a shop fill it or did you do it with the auto store cans? i see you mentioned vaccum so i am assuming that you had a shop draw the coolant out then refill it... should be 134a so check the pressure on the low side with a gauge if you have it. if the pressure is high and doesn't move the compressor is probably beat
compressor is still comming on and colling. i need 2 get the pressure checked and c whats going on. i tell u , after the charge the a/c was cold as hell.
