A/C Problems

well like it says i have some A/C problems going on,

what happends is that the a/c comes out of the vents (were the defrost comes out) when i switch it 2 heater it does the same thing, when i bought my car it came like that, i bought it from my cuzin and he said it was workin fine until one day someone broke in and stole the radio and ever since then it has'nt worked right does anyone know what 2 do it fix this? my a/c compresser does'nt work and it's running on the belt, any help will be the best and thanks

So the ac compressor is not working?? You might want to check the hvac control above where the radio mounts for any broken wires or broken vacuum lines. I had a broken vacuum line for the ac under the hood and no matter what you chose a/c, vent, heat, fan, etc... the air would only blow through the defrost.
