Aje k member question

So I bought an aje k member and trying to figure out how the rack mounts to it it has a big hole on the front and a smaller whole in the back in was told that you just pull the rack mounts out of the stock K member and put them in this one is this true?

It looks like you hammer the steel sleeves out of the stock k member, you know the pieces that the rack bushings go on, then put them in this k member.

That's what I was told I wanted to know for sure how much of a pita is it Gonna be to take those out of the stock k
