Guys the old girl just wont pass emissions this time around. I usually take the battery cable off to reset the CEL, drive it for a while and go fail the test. The Techs tell me i need to drive it more. I drive it for a little while longer (Not too fat the CEL is going to come back on) and she passes with flying colors. This time around its not working. The CEL is either comes on too fast or it still fails. Im thinking about getting a Catted X-Pipe. They just cost so dam much.... :crybaby2:

thats rough... auto zone sells junk you pour in your gas and it guarntees passing emissions... but i dono anything about it. maybe someone else can chime in.

i have cats and ill never do otherwise.

I'm about 5 minutes from spaulding co.. Soo close and yet so far.
Once I found out to pull the spout for the e-test, no more worries. Now, my 89 toyota is another story. stressing the whole month.

Emissions are coming to a lot of places in the very near future.

i live on the southside of metro atlanta and i have always just found friends that stayed outside of the metro and registered my cars there so that i dont habe to worry about emissions.
