Automatic PI intake swap question

i did a intake swap on my friend's car a few days back and now his throttle cable won't open the throttle body all the wayy..

i read a post a long time ago where someone put a spacer between the gas petal and cable or something. can someone help?

there shouldnt be a need to, is the cable on right? is it clipped onto the body where it needs to be clipped on? and is the cable frayed? mine was frayed for a bit and it wasnt allowing me to open the tb all the way

well i didn't have this problem when i did my intake swap.. but his has the kickdown cable obviously. i think the extra rise in everything maybe stretched the cable the wrong way or something, i'm not really sure.

You guy's fudged the routing of the cable somehow. A PI intake is no taller than an NPI, and if he can't got WOT, then his TV cable is too tight, and he is running excessive line pressure in his trans... You guy's need to fix this ASAP.

yeah we fixed it.. tis all good in the pi intake hood jr could you look at my electrical dilemma thread and take a shot at it?
