Automatic w/ a cobra crank

Guy wants to trade me a built shortblock. Cobra crank, manley forged rods, JE forged pistons for the notchback. Says two of the pistons need to be replaced since they burned up. Could I use a mach 1 flywheel for my car with the automatic? If i end up trading i'm still going to stick with my automatic. Just need to figure out how to slap my auto behind it

you could either do the mach 1 i think... but one i know you could put the cobra behind the auto with a 99/00 gt pressure plate. the 99/00 were 8 bolt cranks... unlike the romeo's which were 6 . Hope this helps.
