Well I finally got home late last nite with a bunch of goodies!!
Hopefully going today to pickup the rest of the parts being powdercoated then it's just a few weeks away from running!! Still have a lot of re-wiring to do and a lot of porting on the intake to match it to the heads. Also tore into the trans to see what was wrong with it and seems I need a n?e blocker ring, shift fork, and bronze shift pads. Any one have a hookup on t-56 parts???
Also yesterday I picked up a new trailer to haul the quad around on. Looking for a small chest tool box for like a ranger to attach and keep my gear in..

Thanks guys.. sorry for the crappy i-phone pics.. My hands were greasy!! haha still have a few things to finish up before i can button it up and stab it in.. need to degree the cam, get new pushrods, get a cam dowel, and port the intake.. from there its a matter of putting the oil pump and pickup in, setting the pickup depth, pan, valve covers, and wiring... have a long road ahead still but hopefully in the next couple weeks it will be running!!

Its a high temp epoxy. Suppose to help with oil drain back, we also chamfered the holes and de-burred the entire inside of the block.. prolly a little over kill, but any little bit help... your build is amazing!!

Once I get a day off I'll take good pics of everything. I had all the brackets and pulleys powdercoated. Gonna have to replace the idler and tensioner pulley bearings since the heat from the curing process messed them up.. No big deal though I have the part number for the bearings so it should be easy.. Just press the old ones out and new ones back in..

Ira has a heart!! After 8 long months it's finally coming together. Buttoned up the motor this evening and put her in! Still lack pushrods, and ordering a few parts for the trans, but otherwise the heart is in!! Getting excited!!
