Get a Chilton's or a Hayne's manual for your car.

Damn good place to start. It's what I did. GT

My whole point for the thread is there are so many questions on how does somebody do something. Like change brakes, replace a clutch etc etc. If you have a manual, you flip to the page that tells you how to do it and then you get it done. It will also have torque specs for bolts and such.

sell car, buy cobra
thats what I did :)

And looks like you've done well.
Couldn't find a decent Cobra for the money when I was looking. :dunno:
Oh well......
GT
same thing happened to me. I had a SC 97 GT When I joined here. I lucked out on selling my GT and buying my cobra for the same price.

and without the Hayne's or Chilton's manual how you gonna put them in? Read about it on the internet? Then ask a thousand questions? Or juts get a Haynes or Chilton's and get it done yourself..

Some of ya'll seem to not understand the point of the thread. There is no sense modding your car yourself if you don't know WTF you are doing.

You can buy all the PI stuff out there, but unless you know or have an understanding of what to do, you are going to be lost and then ask a billion questions because it's your daily driver and you have to have it done now because you already tore everything apart.

Why not? When you can take it to the "pro's".
