Thats a pretty good price considering it's brand new, only parts not mentioned are the coolant tube and the water pump nipple which you will need for your non-pi car

This part can be had for $199. I think it's at A1 Auto. These Dorman pieces have integrated port o-ring seals. Real clean install.

If you'd like to save some dough, buy the intake used from a classifieds section, Ebay, Kijiji, etc...
I got my PI cams and PI intake for $150 combined!! I think one of the parts came from this forum (cams?) and the other from Corral. I got all the odds 'n' ends from Randy Stinchcomb (sp?) for like $50 too.

There is a kit on ebay from a seller called custom mustang of florida.

Its like 299 but it has aboslutely everything you need to complete the job....
It even comes with the RTV sealant you need to "adjust" the coolant passages in the NPI head...

I bought it like 3 months ago and it was absolutely the most compelte kit ever! The seller even threw in brand new injector O-rings...

ALso the mani you mentioned doesnt come with a 2nd hole for the coolant crossover, the one I got does... (Not a problem if you have your own tap and die, but Im just saying)

Sorry Id rather go new, and I already have hitech stage 2 cams. I'll just end up doing this kit, or the one greenscobie suggested

That is a PI intake, it's just not a Ford one, it's a dorman

You will have to drill/tap any PI intake crossover unless you have an aluminum crossover on your motor already with the dual temp sensors (if you have one of those you can just bolt it up but you wont have that unless your exisiting intake was replaced already) or the seller is doing the drill/tap modification for you

IIRC correctly, ANY PI intake will require the 2nd temp sensor hole to be drilled/tapped if it's going onto an NPI motor. It's really not a big deal man.

Yeah, the only way you can get around tapping it, is if you have a aluminum crossover already, and you can swap out the pi and npi crossovers.. that's what i did.
