best street coilover setup?

hey guys im gathering all my parts to build my 95 cobra this winter, now im at the point for suspension parts but im stuck on which coil over setup i wanna run in the front, im going with bilstien shocks and MM k member and control arms but its going to be a street car and memphis roads are horrible so i want something with excellent ride quality, anyone got and good suggestions from experience please? i was thinking about a 12" spring at 200lbs? but im not sure what the best quality springs are.

absolutely go MM coilover kit. I have the 12" springs, i think the rate is around 300. I deal w/ detroit roads and it really isnt that bad at all.
