have you tried bleeding the master cylinder?

have not done that but if fluid only (no air) is coming from all 4 corners it seems to me the mc should not need bled

are you sure the lines are on tight and the bleeders are tight and didnt suck air in the system, get a black hose and a 20oz water bottle, then put brake fluid in there (when dry) and then crack bleeder with hose on it and pump away. this will get any small amounts of air out unless its up by the M/C

Go and drive the car, and seat the brake pads in.. Out of the Hundred + brake jobs I've performed, the brake pedal always feels softer with fresh pads.. Then you get the brakes fully seated in, some pad material fills the pores of the rotors, and the pedal becomes firmer.. IF there is no
air coming out of each bleeder while bleeding, then double check their tightness, and go drive it.
