brake light coming on?

my e brake light is coming on almost everytime i apply the brakes now. does anyone know why? would low brake fluid cause this or do i need new brake pads?

Happens in my 'Yota from a brake fluid leak. You might want to start there.

if its the ABS light... then you wheel speed sensors are dirty.

Check your fluid level and pads... It could also be the switch for the parking brake...

Add some brake fluid mine did the same thing when mine was low. I put some in and problem solved.
