well, tomorrow after class im heading home to put the front tires and hood on the car to take to HPP Racing in Lewisville, Texas. My dad got ahold of a full sized trailer to trailer my car there and they are going to see if they can't pinpoint exactly what is making that terrible noise from the new motor. Hopefully it will be an easy fix and ill be getting it tuned and driving it by the end of the weekend!

I personally have dealt more with HPP which is why they are getting my business. They have always treated me right. Gearheads is good too, Travis is a super nice guy over there. Talked to him a few times on the phone. My friends engine is being rebuilt as we speak over at Gearheads (98 BAB Cobra). They almost have it done I think.

awsome... the guys at hpp are top notch.... i helped a buddy take his car there to get it tuned and i was very impressed with them... there is a 03 termi there that is sick... guys name is clint that ownes it... super nice guy..... good luck with it!!!

yeah i know clint's car. that thing is sick. they have a couple termi's up there with their twin turbo setups. i was looking at a line of 900hp cars. HPP is a great shop which is why I keep going back. they can get pretty busy but if you come in there, they will make sure you are happy before you leave. Manny is an awesome guy, super knowledgeable and helps you out a lot, especially a 19 year old kid that doesn't know half as much as he does. Wade is a good guy too, the guy on the phone. he knows I want to open a shop up for myself one day and he was talking to me for about an hour giving me pointers. HPP is a great place and I would recommend them over anyone.

it's not a cobra hahahahahahahha i retain the rights to the name... if a certain pac green 97 gt goes away, "KJ" will likely return...at the risk of sounding blasphemistical... think elenor...two completely different cars, same name

yea there was a car there from okc the first time we went there and after we went the second time they had it running and said it made like 950 rwhp running out of fuel on low boost.... they said it should easily make 1300+ on kill mode!!!! thats just sick....

i finally got mine running and plan to take it there within the next couple weeks to get tuned just waiting on taxes to come in.....
