Car just wont start ! help!

here's what happend: i had my car idling for bout 30 minutes, car dies and i have no cables so i push start it. it turns on with a backfire, it drives fine until i give full throttle and starts backfiring crazy. i get home and let her cool for 2 hrs and then try to turn on and now it just cranks but wont turn over! i have no clue as to what could have gone wrong. i have MSD cap,rotor,wires all 5 months old. there was no sign of something going wrong so fast. my car is a 95 5.0 5spd with cam,intake,headers,tb,o/r h pipe. thanks for all the help.

I had something similar that ended up being the coil so i would start checking spark.

i have spark from coil. i checked that first, but not sure how intense the spark should be? fuel pump is turning on as well and checked valve on fuel rail and it has fuel as well.
