So I've got a 1994 GT 5.0 5 Speed and when accelerating normally you can feel a decent vibration/shake. It happens worse when in 4th gear. And if I get past 80 is shakes like CRAZY. The throwout bearing or pilot bearing has been broken for a while not and I've been driving on it. The shaking didn't seem to become a problem until right after the car started making bad sounds from the throwout/pilot bearing.
Does anyone know what is causing the shaking? Please help, it makes my car feel so shitty

Sounds like a drive shaft vibration to me. I would check u joints and see if any driveshaft weights came off. Mine shook bad after 70 mph and it ending being my drift shaft out of balance.

You are driving on a bad throwout or pilot bearing....??? Ok first thing is to replace those & maybe the clutch while it is out...inspect everything the others have mentioned...gotta start with the bad parts gone I think THEN you can make an intelligent guess as to were to look next if needed.
