Car vibrating, what could it be?

My car vibrates all over like a cell phone lol when it is running. I say like a cell phone because when a cell phone vibrates its like a steady buzz, well thats how my car feels. When I put it into drive it gets worse, but when I'm cruising its not as bad but I guess thats because of the road vibration. I've noticed this once before but it stopped after a couple days so I didnt think anything of it, but here i am a few months later and its happening again. Does anyone know what this could possibly be?

if you have a 5.0 I'd say you bave a harmonic balancer going bad.

Have you done anything to the trans or motor lately?
Could it be a miss? Like a broken plug not firing. When was the last tune up?
When setting still does the vibs increase with rpm?

Would a U-Joint not do that?

the plugs are fine, its an auto, i have not done anything to the transmission, i dont think it worsens with higher rpm but ill check later when i drive and let you guys know.

if it was the motor mounts then wouldnt it do it all the time? it did this before but stopped and now a few months down the road its doing it again

It could be motor mounts if it shakes like a bitch at start up, sounding like metal on metal.

UV joints or motor mounts, look for squeezed out rubber (dried/cracked). I know mine are getting bad.
