Car won't start at all...

So I think my IAC finally went. Went to auto zone to get some bulbs for my vert tails from sleepn_sn95, on the way back the car stalled. Got in front of the house realized I needed 3057 bulbs, started the car and it kept acting like it was gonna die. And it did. Got stuck in the middle of the street, kept re starting it to push it back by the curb.. I haven't tried to start the car, don't want to do any damage. Gonna buy the IAC in the morning and replace it, are there any how to's on how to do it? This blows

Unplug it, take the 2 bolts off, put new one on with a gasket, plug it in, there you go.

No shit its that simple lol? I have to unbolt it from the throttlebody right? Pretty sure thats where it is from the last time I looked.

^ exactly ... The distributors in these things like to mess up just outta nowhere this stupid pip sensor is really common to fail .

Yep. My old fox had the distributor go out and it halfway ran for a few seconds, then died and wouldn't start back up.

Can you year the fuel pump kick on. And see if you trip the kill switch in the trunk

No I actually don't hear it turn on at all. I'll look for the kill switch, turn it off then on?

Put the new IAC in, didn't do anything. Checked the ignition coil and idk if its bad or not.

I had absolutely no clue, IAC was due for a replacement anyways. How can I test the distributor?

Idk if this means anything but inside the distributor, a piece in the middle of the inside of it spins.

Pushed a red button inside the trunk (fuel pump reset) and shes alive! Runs like a fking top, feels more responsive too. Let it run for like 10 minutes, shut it off, started back up no problem. Put it in reverse, drive, rpms don't drop like they used to and the car doesn't want to stall. Then drove it around the neighborhood and it runs really well.
