Noticed a few weeks ago that every so often the car won't start.. If I put my foot on the brake and push the shifter forward while its in park it usually just starts. Today twice I couldn't get it started for a couple minutes each time. I got a B&M Ratchet shifter.. Any clues on what this could be?

Hmm... I'd pull the shifter and make sure you've got everything connected still. Sounds like the shifter thinks your in drive. And usually cars won't start in drive

Yup, pull the shifter out and check to make sure the shifter cable isn't locked, loose, or stuck.

Could be either the cable adjustment or the TRS (Transmission Range Sensor)
