Even though i haven't installed my Longtubes. It has to be 10x easier to switch out Midpipes on them vs Shorty's. I love my Bassani BX. even with the way they came which is with turn downs they don't drone at all with my catted midpipe. As soon as i get the motor and it all done a set of 98 Cobra Tailpipes will be out the back Fox Style on my car.

In all actuality it really is only the sound, until you get into the higher HP motors. Yeah so what you loose 3 hp or so by going with a high flow cat.

I just put a catted x pipe from UPR on my 96, it is slightly louder then stock and no drone.
