well its for my brother,hes 16, my dad found it on a street all dirty and i went to deal it.its a 85 mustang lx 2.3. i got there and it was all dirty,it wouldnt stay on and all kinds of crap in the interior. the guy wanted $350 for it.i offered him $250 and ill take it home now, long story short we agreed at $260.he drove it to my house cause he was the only one capable of keeping it running.i got here and discovered he had a line from the valve cover going to the air cleaner and the air cleaner had a bunch of oil.the carburator was full of oil also.fixed that and the car went smooth :dancing6: tranny shifts good too and brakes good.i washed it, polished the wheels and clean the interior.car is super straight, not a dent, all the gauges work,carpet is perfect and headliner is not ripped!!!!!!next day i had a shop tint the windows and took out the back seat.thats how it is right now, my brother LOVES IT!!!!! plans are 87-04 black seats ,whatever we find, 17'' 95 cobra r wheels, 87-93 5.0 carb swap, 5 speed or c4,8.8 rear, and rear seat delete.i love this car too!!!!!! check it out tell me what u think and what else should we do.

i want him to get pro stars,but he likes the cobra r wheels, especially since american muscle has them for 4 lugs.

sniff sniff, what is that i smell? o thats a 5.0 swap with some prostars. My 86 looked like that only it had a 306 and turbo coupe wheels. awesome car man i love 4 eyes. :thumb:

I first car was an 84 5.0. It was a pos when I first bought it but turned out to be a great car after tons of hard work. Keep us posted on the build up of this car. Great Price for it. Hope you and your brother have fun. I am selling a 5.0 swap as well.
