Cleaning products for interiors?

Ok guys I have never really put that much time into my interior. I used to use windex to wipe the dash and center console, steering wheel exc.... I know that it prob isn't good to use and have started to look into something to clean the interior panels when they get dirty. I have the light gray so it needs to be strong enough to clean marks off of it. What are some good products? Or ones that you guys use?

There are a ton of products that do a great job, meguiars all purpose cleaner diluted is great at cleaning all kinds of surfaces, my favorite for cleaning my interior is 1z cockpit cleaner, i also like the pinnacle leather and vinyl cleaner, blackfire interior cleaner is good too. 1z is my go to product for my interior though, smells pleasant and cleans great, leaves a nice matte finish
