Clutch problems

Guys, I've had my centerforce for about 4 years now and since my car is my DD i'm suspecting it's time to change it, my car won't release first or reverse unless I brake and double clutch it when I make a full stop, every gear change feels kind of crunchy, is the clutch ready to be replaced? if it is I'm going with a Mc Cloud setup.

Just get a king cobra clutch kit for like 200$ and call it a day. No problems with mine and the pedal is feather light.

never heard of mc cloud, i have a spec stage 2 ($303) and my only complaint is that it chatters in reverse a little bit.

I was thinking of going with the promotion setup that uses a blueprinted king cobra preassure plate with a mc cloud clutch and the quadrant and adjuster setup
