2004 Mustang GT, bought as a project car, new purchase, clutch wont disengage until almost at the floor, the pedal has the stock firewall adjuster thing and (is said to have) a new(er) clutch. The pedal is already pulled all the way up. It is firm all the way down, but wont disengage till near the floor. How can I fix this issue? thanks.

Well if you have pulled the pedal up to reset the clutch location and the situation is not any better, you may have a stretched clutch cable.
