I have a topless 95 GT, and I am wanting to change the intake manifold, and was wondering which would be better. Also can I use any model year 5.0 Cobra/gt-40 intake or do I need to stay w/ 1994-1995??

Thanks for the help guys

You can use any year intake....however, if you are using a 86-93 spec piece, you will have to buy the adapter elbow ($80-100)....

You can buy the elbow from UPR for 50 bucks. If you really want to spend 100 dollars get the trickflow one. It is 75mm while the others are 70mm. There might be another 75mm one, but the edelbrock and the UPR are 70mm

The GT40 is the better of the two for an N/A car.

The advantage to the Cobra is you can port the upper where the GT40 upper cannot be ported.

Both manifolds are monsters for torque though....very good manifold to help get an SN95 moving..
