I jumped the pump at the service port with key on and pump still does not come on. I hear the relay click and I have power everywhere I'm supposed to. Think its ground issue or the computer

if you have power after the switch then I would think its the pump if you had not jumped it. Then the only option is a bad connection but I would be looking at the computer.

I'm thinking computer to but not sure. Everything is checking out but pump will not come on unless I ground the hot side of fuel pump

again if you have power at the pump then I don't think its the ecu. The fact your grounding a hot wire and not popping a fuse is a problem though and it does point towards a bad ground/connection.

Figured it out. It was the connections on top of the housing that holds the fule pump. Corrosion. I made new leads to the pump from top of the housing. Soldered and heat shrinks my connections and car fired right up. Thanks for everyone's help

that was what I was leaning towards although I was surprised that when you disconnected it to jump it that it didn't clean it out enough to make the connection again. cool.

Well the car had been sitting a couple years when I got it. I had just changed the pump that's how I got it running agian but it only lasted about a week then quit agian. So I changed pump agian because it was cheap e bay pump so got a Walboro put it in and nothing happens. O well its finally fixed. Got a nice clean 95 gt for 500$ plus price of fuel pump and filter and new tank. Could not be happier. Thanks agian for y'alls help. I know where to go next time I have a problem
