Cold Air Intake Grommet/Gasket

anyone know where i can get the rubber fittings (grommet/gasket??) in black?

i have a MAC CAI and they're blue like in this picture:

i prefer them in black to match the rest of my engine bay.

ideas anyone?

those fittings are just like the ones that Plumbing contractors use, im sure you can get the size you need in a Plumbing store. They come in back

yah they're just silicone tubes/hoses

you can get them at any hardware store

yep, i went to home depot and they had black rubber fittings. i bought them in 3" but they don't fit well enough. it seems that the one that connects to the TB is 2" on one end and 3" on the other. the one that connects to the MAF adapter is 3" on one end and 2.5" on the other (all estimates - i don't have a tape measure).

guess i'll have to stick to the fugly blue ones for now. :lame:

just clamp them down they should still seal well

or you might be able to find different colours from summit or something.

i'm broke. so i returned them for my money back. the blue starts to look good now.

You can buy blue silicone all over the internet; just do a quick search.
