Computer ground location

I installed a new pip sensor and the waveform on my scope isn't squared and im thinking the computer ground might be loose or bad. Where is the computer grounds located?

The pip and ICM ground to the PCM.
Pin 20 grounds to the right kick panel. Pins 40 and 60 run through the harness and up to the radiator support next to the battery.

When i disconnect the spout the wave pattern is more squared and the car seems to run better. When i put the spout back in the square wave form isn't clear. What is causing this? What could be the problem?

Perhaps you could post your oscilloscope findings?
