what was you 60'? Theres no need for the burnout with street tires. Drive around the water box, not through it unless you have skinnies. Just roll them over once or twice to get the dust off them and you're good. Im running the same tire in a 275/17 and have been 2.0 60'ing it. Good run regardless

if you had fun then that's really what it's all about. Sounds like your car has a lot left in it though, could easily shave a few tenths with some drag radials. What was your 60'?

i would like to hear your 60s and what you were trapping at, your car sounds incredibly healthy. I wouldnt be surprised if you still had some left on the table to play with. either way thanks for sharing the videos and good to hear your having fun out there!

yeh with those 60fters you def have adecent amount left, granted on a street tire the best you might be able to do is 2.0. Even at 2.0 though that 3 tenths off of your 60 is 6 tenths off the big end so low 13s. Your trap is there for a low 13 as well.

I wouldn't go that far, I made a few passes last week in mine and it was a consistent 13.5@105, with a 2.1 60'. The last pass I made I got my 2.0 60' and it went 13.4@105. I shaved a tenth off my 60' and it was the same story every marker down the strip. Personally, it tells me that im making the car do the best it can on street tires. Maybe im wrong but I think his times are about right for his mph. I just dont see him getting his times down much more with that mph. I'm sure like me though, if he keeps racing it like it is, it will go faster as the weather cools up.

I'm not picking on you or anything like that either man, just looking to have a friendly debate. What kind of power did this car make?

your trapping at 105 lets you know you have alot more than a mid 13 in your car. With that trap speed a high 12 is what your car should be around. Honestly 2.0 is still a bad 60ft time no matter how you put it, i get that you were on street tires but your just lighting them up or bogging your launch. His trap speed is one good for a 13.3 i would say roughly, granted its always going to be in the hands of the driver and just because your car makes X amount of horsepower and should run the quarter in Y amount of time doesnt mean it will as other things like you mentioned weather will definetely affect it. Id really like to see at what RPM and what not your shifting your car 97White, you definetely could be getting a faster time.
