I HAVE SEEN THEM FIX-BAD PLACES ON BUMPER COVERS BEFORE..FROM THE OUT SIDE..I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY CHARGE.GO TO A BODY SHOP.THAT HAS LOW OVER HEAD..LOOK ON CRAIGS LIST..FOR A BODY MAN..SOME PEOPLE HAVE-SHOPS AT THERE HOMES..YOU KNOW HOW IT IS.IF IT WAS NOT FOR BAD LUCK-WE WOULD HAVE NO LUCK AT ALL--
