I have a 93 LX with a boss block, speedpro 306 stroker bottom end. Prochrger P1sc with 3 core intercooler at 9lbs of boost .42 lbs ingectors,75 mass TB,spacer,Gt-40 deep runner manifold with phenolic spacer,1.76 valves adjustacle rockers and lifters. Port tuned3 stage clutch 6 speed tko.roll cage launch suspension and so many other things done I cant explain in a reasonable question. I wanna keep the car tagged, legal and halfway driveable with what i have so far. i have alot of money iin this car but I have 3 problems........Its really fast and unrprdeictable somedays will be sluggish but others will make your heart jump, I have a detonation problem If I drive it for a short time and try and get on it even though I hve had it tuned many times. Gas really sucks becuase I usually run 106 up but somedays it doesnt drink much at all but somedays I cant even run to the store and not have to fill up. Im sure Im missing something. This is my baby and I think Im really close to a great car bbut cant figure it out. Anyone have any input?

What is your tuner using to tune your car? sounds like you need to take your car back and get it straightened out or take it to someone else.

I smell a lil BS.. 306 stroker?

IMO... Its sounds like the valves are out of adjustment or you have a bent valve!! which would explain why one day it fine and the next its not..

106 octane sounds like a bit much unless your over 10:1. I also dont see how it would use more fuel one day then the next... Which means u would have an issue anywhere in the fuel or computer system.. Like bad o2's, bad injector, etc etc..

Ivan12 is right. Find a better place to get it tuned..

Where can I get a port tuned stage 3 clutch? Or a deep runner GT40 intake?
