What is the deal with some waxes being for certain colors? I was looking at the zymol site and you can get was for Jaguars, dark cars, Saabs... this is just starting to sound crazy. Any truth to the matter?

Secondly, if so, recommendations for a 98 Chrome Yellow mustang?

Some waxes make different color cars look better.

I use optimum, poor boys and obsessive detail products for my detailing business. They are all great.

I would recommend Obsessive Detail Wet Shine Glaze for a polish.

I also recommenced the Obsessive Detail waxes. You can use one, or a combination of 2 or more.

sn95forum members get discounts from justin @ obsessive, prices are good and shipping is very fast. You will be very happy with the results. There is really no need to spend a boat load of money on the expensive fancy waxes.

There is a truck I detailed. On that I used a meguires swirl remover, followed by meguires professional glaze polish, followed by the professional yellow wax, then a coat of poor boys blue paste.

Meguires crap is very good for the money. Its easy to use and as you can see, the results are good too.
