I am switching to pi heads next month but still wanted so fedback from you. I've heard that tuning for our cars doesn't do much and its a waste of money. Is this true or do I need to be straightened out. Also are the sct tunes good for a pi swapped car? Thanks for any feedback.

a tune isnt really needed if you have a 96 or 97 as all you really need is an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. in 98, we got stuck with a hybrid fuel system (incorporates both return and returnless style characteristics) and we pretty much need a tune to mess with the fuel system/delivery.
