is their any kinda piston 2 valve clearance?

its like a .498/.512 lift cam and then with roller rockers its like .522/ .540 or something wat can the factory springs handle?

E cam is .498/.498

With 1.7's it will be around .528/.528. Your gonna need a minimum of new valve springs. Your clearance is not so much lift but duration.

Best advice would be to clay the heads and see if it hits. Have you done any research on E cam & 1.7's

As far as E7's vs GT40 spring rate is the same.

I have the E303 and the Crane cams 1.7 roller rockers..Its fine with clearance, but you will need New springs/ retainers/locks. Your factory springs will float.

Get the Trick Flow Ford Factory Cast Iron Head Valve Spring Kit from Summit.

Best bang for the buck.
