Egr and other emmisions crap delete question

I haven't been able to find a straight forward answer I got a cobra motor for my car and I deleted the egr and the other thing that runs across the front of the motor do I need any of this vac line cluster or can I delete it all and cap it off at the fuel pressure reg?

I dont see why you couldnt delete it. Im sure someone will chime in that knows more about 4v's.
