anyone know if the 86 to 93 egr block off plate from upr will work on a 94 95 cobra intake nobody seems to list one for 94 95 sn95 cars

I just tried to do this about two weeks ago, and ended up reinstalling all the old stuff back on again.

I bought the little plug online and it didn't work. I got a CEL and my code reader said "EGR not opening properly" or something. Not only that, but my idle quality sucked, and the car didn't run right. Plus, your EGR actually helps your fuel mileage which was even more reason to put it back on.

I cleaned up the valve (knocked off the rust on the iron part) and polished the EGR tube. (which is stainless steel BTW) It doesn't look so bad now, and I don't have a stupid CEL. Someday when the car needs a chip I'll switch it off and remove all that stuff, but for now I'll just leave it.

i ve had it undone for a long time aint had vacume lines goin to it n got a penny blockin were the pipe went to it! was tryin to ditch the gaudy thing did however get that 20 dollar plug from adaptive performance put it on ysterday guess i should drive it to see if the light comes on i was runnin it before with the plug bein the only thing hooked to the egr valve took it to dc over the weekend no light the whole trip not feelin warm n fuzzy bout the plug from adaptive performance

There is no reason to disconnect it though, it helps your cars mileage and doesn't add ANYTHING for performance...

runnin fox body headers no provision for egr on passenger side header

car also got 19.5 mpg with 373 s a b303 cam n 24 lb injectors cant really knock it much on fuel milage
