All i'm saying in a nutshell is... I've got enough things to worry about that could kill me right now,or 10 min from now, 10 days from now, 10 years from now...none of that includes Global warming, why should i add that to the list? Don't we have enough to worry about? when the time comes to worry, well worry. it's not on us anymore... we'll be long gone. it will be our kids, kids who will have to add that to the list...

I don't give a shit about every other country in the world... what does that have to do with anything? I've been deployed twice to help other countries, i couldn't give 2 shits if they like us or not. I've been deployed to the gulf, and i've been deployed to the coast of Somalia, everyone seems to like you when you've got 4 acres worth of flight deck of their coast. Besides i don't know if you know it, but the UAE has damn near 2 cars per household, the drive everywhere no matter what, and they don't care about global warming. I don't see how that is thinking I/we are more important. Global warming is a crock of shit. this has been happening since before anybody cared and NOW people are taking notice, why didn't people do anything 10-15-20 years ago? everyone is so wound up with this global warming thing, when really it's been happening for so long, they just make a big deal out of it now.

Serious, since we've hijacked the thread. There are reasonable thing's we can do to stop the problem, if there is one. It's just not cool to be wasteful anyway. I think we should be pursuing diesel technology, reprocesing nuclear fuel, and building more buke plant's. In addition to solar farms and alternative technologies, that for a high investment today, can bring nearly limitless power for the future. I really don't want to see my son deployed to "protect American interest's" in the gulf too, when this could be avoided now.
