Wats happening fellas. I need some advice on my current build. Before i go into what i have done, let me tell you what im looking for. Im looking for close to 400 hp and tq to the wheels. Ok right now im working with a 351w bored .030 over. forged aluminum flat top pistons with valve relief. I have trickflow twisted wedge heads but were milled down .025 (oops!) So my compression is 10.9:1. I have a stage 2 trickflow cam. Custom length hardened pushrods because of the milled heads. 1.6 trickflow aluminum rocker arms. Professional Product Typhoon efi upper and lower intake manifolds, 75mm throttle body, 76mm maf. 1 3/4 longtube headers to 2.5 collectors o/r h-pipe, original 40 series flowmasters and aluminum underdrive pulleys. plus a customed tuned chip (havent had a dyno tune yet). i dont think im at the numbers i want but i was told to get the trickflow stage 3 cam and get another intake. I was thinking the victor efi. any suggestions

Thanks

go with the trick flow R box, and the stage 3 camshaft. That should put you at 400. Oh and if you have milled heads, and flat top pistons on a .030 351, then you are at like 12.5 compression ratio. I think that's close, unless you have dished pistons or huge valve reliefs.

Im using an extra thick head gasket so i assumed that would compensate for the high comression, knocking it down to about 11:1 compression, but like i said thats just an assumption. If it is 12.5:1 that is fine 2 because i do plan on spraying the car next year. I do plan on upgrading to the stage 3 cam but as for that intake, i took a look at it and i feel as though it might be a little to large for my setup. Seems like its a race car intake. I was looking for something a little more streetable so would the Trickflow R get me close to the numbers im looking for?

Oh and also i wanted to get an edelbrock intake becasue since my setup is in a sn95 i have the throttle body adapter and the proffesional product one works on the edelbrock so i figured going that route would be cheaper because switching to trickflow make me have to buy their elbow and possibly a different throttle body because my throttle body is professional products also. So im pretty much stuck with edelbrock

any elbow will work with any intake so don't sweat that. The box is very streetable with a windsor, so is a spyder, plenty of torque to go around. But the R is great too. Your throttle body does not care what intake it is bolted to either. You are losing about 20 to 40 hp with that pp intake you have on there too. Hope all this helps.
