Bought a 95 gt. motor had blown head gasket. Pulled engine. freshenned up the bottom end. Gt40 heads. trickflow stg1 cam/springs. Cobra intake. bbk 70mm tb. bbk H pipe exhaust. Summit shorty headers. It will start but wont idle and runs rough. Having trouble figuring out vacume lines. Think I need to sort those out and try it. Any help as what goes where would be apreciated. This is my first mustang.

Figure out the vacuum lines first, any vacuum leaks will make these cars run like crap. Second, I would check that you stabbed the dizzy right the first time and are beginning your timing at 10 degrees. Third, double check that you have the right firing order and that all the plug boots are snapping on tight. If that doesn't help the problem then you could possibly need a Dyno tune, not sure if you know this but these cars are kinda touchy when it comes to modding, the ECU doesn't like to play nice. Did you stick with the stock injectors and MAF?

Before I mentioned the tune I should've asked, is this the same setup that was on before the head gasket blew?

Dizzy is correct. I will go back over the wires, although it doesnt seem like its missing .stock injectors and maf. It was a stock motor with e7 heads when I got it. I basically need the whole vacuume system redone. I have a few diagrams but they dont tell me where all the sensors are located under the hood.
